Professional Biography:
Christen is a Hunter College Graduate with years of experience working with perinatal mental health, addictions and working with those struggling with BPD. During her time at Arms Acres: Rehabilitation Center, she developed an abundance of clinical interventions to help those struggling with addictions and more severe mental illnesses.
Clinical Approach:
Christen understands that each one of us are so unique; our needs are different, therefore the approach should be too. Rooted in a variety of behavioral health therapies she customizes her approach to each person’s unique needs.
Christen’s clients may not realize their full potential, but are ready to explore what makes them unique, and learn the skills to improve their quality of life. Most of us, at some point, will struggle with depression, anxiety, and other life stressors; that doesn’t mean you have to deal with it alone. Christen help’s you connect the dots that will empower you as you grow.
