Clinical Approach
Jackie works with people from all walks of life—individuals, couples, families, and groups—helping them overcome limiting beliefs, embrace their innate strengths, and create the life they envision. Her counseling style is dynamic, interactive, and transformative, aimed at fostering self-awareness, developing practical tools, and replacing restrictive thought patterns with more empowering, solution-focused perspectives.
Drawing from both traditional therapeutic practices and Eastern methodologies—and shaped by decades of personal and professional growth—Jackie integrates a holistic approach that helps clients remove emotional blocks and open multiple pathways to wellness, balance, and fulfillment.
Jackie has extensive experience working with individuals and families impacted by addiction, recovery, and codependency. She provides compassionate support for those navigating Al-Anon and Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) issues, helping clients break generational cycles and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
She believes that everyone has the capacity for change and that when individuals thrive, they strengthen the fabric of their communities. Jackie is dedicated to helping each client discover the power within themselves to live with clarity, purpose, and authenticity.
